On Tools managing invasive species: RoboRangeR, with Elwyn Dennis

Founding member and co-initiator of BRLMG Elwyn Dennis has lived in the Black Range for over 50 years. Despite much positive effort, Elwyn argues that the BRLMG's own history convinces that our efforts do not reverse environmental degradation.

Elwyn advocates for the development and production of tools for effective eradication of invasive species, particularly the use of robotics for doing the ranger work that humans seem to be presently unable to do.

What follows here is a storied vision of how things have been, and could be, if there was such a tool as a RoboRangeR.  "Because of our long disconnect from country, we need a lot of help. We need informed (AI driven) conservation tools."

And it's a good read!
